Practice management for skin clinics
Run the diary.records.money.rota.follow-ups.whole clinic.
Not the other way round.
Run The Clinic is the practice management system for dermatology and aesthetic clinics: booking, clinical notes, billing, marketing and patient messages in one calm place. Built inside a working multi-location skin clinic group in London, not in a software office.
No public sign-up. Every clinic is set up personally, from the City of London.

Built in practice,
not in theory.
Run The Clinic was not designed in a workshop and then sold to clinics. It grew screen by screen inside a working, multi-location dermatology and skin surgery group, to run real clinic days. Every feature earned its place at an actual front desk before it earned a place on this page.
That shows in the details: conflict checks that understand rooms and equipment, notes that lock when they are signed, reminders that cancel themselves when the booking does.
What's inside
One system, with the weight in the right places.
The diary
A front desk that never double-books
Day, week and month views built for a busy clinic. Conflicts across practitioners, rooms and equipment are caught as you book, the rota drives who is offered when, and patients can book online only where you allow it. Follow-ups stay linked to the original visit.

Know which pound filled the diary
Every enquiry lands with its source attached, from a Google Ads click to a word-of-mouth referral. Leads move through a pipeline you configure and are measured through to booked revenue. The channels that only fill the inbox finally show themselves.

Billing
Takings that match the till
Invoices, card payments, payment links and refunds with reconciliation built in. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. The daily figure is right because it was never retyped.
- Full skin check£150.00
- Cryotherapy, 1 lesion£30.00
Reconciled against today's takings · nothing retyped
Clinical records
Versioned notes and consent forms, photos on a body map, allergies, prescriptions, patch tests. Signed means sealed.
Communications
Confirmations and reminders that send themselves and cancel themselves. Every message logged per patient.
Online booking
A calm, branded booking page. Real availability from the rota, deduped patient records, attribution captured.
Recalls
Annual skin checks and patch test reviews that come back on their own, on the date you set.
Packages & memberships
Courses, memberships and discounts priced once in the catalogue, applied consistently at every location.
Reporting
Revenue, outcomes, sources and conversion from live data, not last week's export.
A day, running
What a clinic day looks like when it runs itself.
08:12
A lead books itself
An enquiry from last night's Google search books online. The source, campaign and click are recorded against the patient before anyone is at the desk.
09:00
The day sheet is ready
Rooms, practitioners and equipment already checked against each other. Reception opens one screen, not three.
11:40
Notes lock on signature
The consultation note is signed and becomes permanent at the database layer. Nobody can quietly edit history.
14:05
The invoice settles itself
Card payment recorded, invoice closed, daily takings already correct. No spreadsheet at five o'clock.
17:30
Reviews ask themselves
Three hours after each completed visit, a review request goes out with the right location's link. Logged against the patient, automatically.
How it protects you
Clinical software is only as good as its discipline.
Access, per person
Every member of staff sees exactly what their role allows, down to individual overrides. Reception does not see clinical notes unless you say so.
Records that hold
Signed consultation notes and consent forms are frozen at the database layer. Not hidden, not discouraged. Impossible to alter.
Isolation by design
Your clinic's data is separated from everyone else's at the database level, enforced on every single query rather than by good intentions.
An audit trail throughout
Who booked it, who changed it, who was told and when. The record of activity is append-only and kept alongside the data itself.
Getting started
No trial accounts, no empty screens. We set your clinic up ourselves.
1
See it running
Book a demo and walk through a working clinic day: the diary, a consultation, an invoice, the reminders going out. Bring your hardest questions.
2
We set you up
We load your services, prices, staff, rooms and note templates before anyone on your team touches a keyboard. You start from a configured system, not a blank one.
3
Your team goes live
Training for the front desk and the clinical team, then a measured switch-over. No historical baggage required. It works from the first booking.
See it running, with your services and your staff on screen.
A demo takes forty-five minutes and covers a full clinic day, from the first enquiry to the signed note and the settled invoice. Write to us and we will arrange a time.
